Remote Loan Officer

We are a privately owned and operated Mortgage Company that focuses on training, motivating, and paying our Loan Officers well from the start. If you are a loan officer who is not earning what you should be due to lack of operational support, little to no access to marketing, taking more time to cultivate business than close your deals, then it's time to have a serious conversation with OM Mortgage.

 

OM Mortgage is a rapidly growing company, that needs the next generation of LOs to come in and learn our process. Top performers have the potential to manage their own branch or become a territory manager quickly.

 

Self-generated business is required! We do not provide leads regularly, though any leads we do generate you will be in rotation to receive. This is a high paying Commission only position.

Weekly group and one-on-one trainings.

Earn up to 200bps or more per loan.

Earn over $100K your first year.

Ability to work as a broker or lender, where you send your loan is 100% up to you.

Close loans in as little as 10 days.

What you will do:

Pre-Qualify clients and input information into origination software.

Negotiate terms of the loan with your clients.

Send Loan Estimates and Closing Disclosures to your clients and review loan terms.

Prospect new leads, new lead sources, and new referral partners daily.

Take direction from territory manager and utilize your training to earn more!

Market yourself in your community online and in person.

Responsibilities

What we are looking for:

As the mortgage loan officer, you will be taking loan applications for borrowers as well as educating them on the various loan programs available. In addition to this, you will be obtaining and compiling documents necessary in originating residential loans.

 

Job requirements include:

Hold an NMLS Loan Originator license in at least 1 of the following states:

AL, AZ, CA, CO, DE, DC, FL, MD, NJ, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to communicate loan programs effectively to prospective borrowers.

Must be service-oriented and have a drive to succeed.

Self-motivated is a must.

Sales experience preferred.

High Speed internet connection in your home or office location.

Have your own desktop or laptop windows computer.
