Welcome to my website
Hello, I am a long time Florida resident and currently work as a licensed Florida Realtor and licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) in the Tampa Bay area. My wife and I moved here in the early 90s after coming to visit a friend for spring break. Yes, we were young then. :-)
I grew up in North Carolina where I was surrounded with lots of family and friends all encouraging me to be the best I could be. As a young man, I joined the Boy Scouts and earned my Eagle Scout. Immediately after high school, I enlisted in the US Army as a Combat Medic, and was honorably discharged. Like many, I started college but didn't know what I wanted to do. It wasn't until my wife, and I moved to Tampa that I began to look at going back to college. We both eventually graduated from Saint Leo University with our Bachelor's degrees and Florida Institute of Technology with our Master's degrees.
With my education in Information Systems, Business, and general life experience, I found my life's professional calling in real estate. Helping families properly evaluate the transaction of buying and selling a home has literally become an exciting aspect of my day-to-day activities. Although the transaction is just part of the process, the real fun is learning about a family's motivation for buying/selling, as well as the opportunity to look at and be in so many wonderfully beautiful homes. Ultimately, finding the right home and helping someone secure the best rate on their mortgage is possibly one of the greatest professional feelings one could have.
